We seek to be a guild of independent, mutually cooperating patent attorneys and legal professionals dedicated to a profession that they love. We do not wish to create a hierarchical structure, in which long term members and founders, hanging on long past any intention to keep abreast of technology, science, and the law, continue to thrust acquisitive, but generally idle, hands into the pockets of those actually doing the work. It is our goal to patiently and deliberately grow into a medium-sized law firm. We seek to add experienced patent attorneys with strong, interdisciplinary backgrounds, advanced degrees, at least between 5 and 10 years of technical and/or scientific research and/or experience, and a commitment to continued study of mathematics, science, and technology. In our opinion, quality patents are a product of the efforts of well-qualified and responsible people, firmly grounded in business, research, and development, who sincerely enjoy learning about new technologies and science.
